Lawyer: Project Finance (Infrastructure/PPP)

About the role:

• Assist on major infrastructure projects including power, water, and social infrastructure.
• Draft and negotiate LMA and APLMA financing documents.
• Involvement in conventional and Islamic financing transactions (Islamic finance training provided)
• Visa will be managed by the employer.

The ideal candidate:

• At least 18 months’ experience since admission in project finance. Additional infrastructure/PPP experience ideal!
• Experience with LMA and/or APLMA documentation is essential.
• Experience gained from a Top Tier Australian or International Law Firm.
• A demonstrated commitment to remain in the Middle East region following relocation.
