This is a hybrid role with 3 days based in office

The contract is for 3 months covering Parental leave starting 1st Aug.

The Role

The primary role of the UX Researcher is to support the User Centered Design Practice mainly via contributing to both thier User Testing program but also some strategic longer-term research pieces.

Requirements / Skills

• Engage with, influence and win the support of stakeholder
• Collaborate in a cross-functional team and work to a rapid time frame to create high quality output
• Conduct ethnographic research and uncover underlying human needs and expectations in a short amount of time (for a senior researcher, we expect they will lead such programs
• Strong innovation skills to identify ideas to make a step-change in the customer experience

You Have:

• 5+ years relevant research experience and/or experience with human/user centred design - this may be specifically in UX research or research in other fields.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytic skills - ability to analyse data from diverse sources
• Qualitative and quantitative research methodologies;
• Collaborating and co-creating in cross-functional creative teams;
• Engaging with senior project team members to understand requirements and present/inform solutions.
