The Opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Medical Liaison Officer to join our team, focusing on growth in the different location of Sydney.

Role Overview:
As a Medical Liaison Officer, you will be the face of our practice to referring medical professionals, including GPs, specialists, and allied health practitioners. Your primary responsibility will be to strengthen relationships with existing referrers and cultivate new connections to increase referrals and expand our presence in your designated territory.

Desired Experience:
We value candidates with experience in radiology marketing, although this is not mandatory.

To Be Considered, You Must Have:

Proven experience in medical sales and territory management

Strong communication skills to engage with medical practitioners, allied health providers, and patients

Leadership qualities, a team-first attitude, and dedication to driving business growth

Excellent organisational and time-management skills

Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyse and interpret data

Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills

Polished presentation skills, with excellent verbal and written communication

A current Australian Driver’s Licence

Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage strong relationships with referring practitioners

Drive growth in sales revenue within your territory

Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, including radiologists and the business manager

Provide referrer feedback and share market trends with management and radiologists

Oversee social media, Google, and website management

Demonstrate basic IT knowledge related to medical software used in GP and specialist clinics

Assist in planning and organising educational events for referring practitioners
