Insurance Broker - Commercial SME
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Executive/Insurance Broker to join our clients Commercial team focusing on SME clients. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining existing business relationships with SME clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth through effective planning and execution. Salary Range: Up to $100k + super

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain existing business relationships with SME clients including Business Packs, Small ISR, Public Liability, Management Liability, Marine Transit, Cyber
- Manage 200+ clients and 400+ policies, a portoflio sizes of roughly $300k
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including referrals and leads
- Work closely with Senior Account Managers to develop and implement renewal strategies
- Negotiate terms with underwriters and prepare renewal documents
- Ensure policy renewal documents, invoices, and premium collection are effected in accordance with agreed objectives
- Work effectively with team members and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals
Requirements:
- Mandatory Tier 1 qualifications
- At least 3 years relevant experience managing a portfolio of commercial insurance policies
- Strong technical insurance and broking skills, including knowledge of business packages, office packages, public/products liability, professional indemnity, contract works, travel, marine, motor vehicle, house and contents, landlords, trades packages, and farm packages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
