Job Type: Contract (3 to 6 months) Flexible Hours

Salary (prorate): Based on $80K per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented domestic insurance broker to assist with our personal lines portfolio (home, contents, landlord, motor and other retail products). As a broker, you’ll assist clients with quotes, renewals, endorsements, and general advice. This position is offered on a contract basis (negotiable from 3-6 months) and is based on a hybrid working arrangement. Minimum 3 days per week required so could ideally suit stay-at-home parent looking for flexible hours to suit school runs and family commitments.

What you’ll be doing:

· Managing a portfolio of domestic insurance clients across home, motor, landlords and retail products.

· Quoting and placing policies, managing renewals, and handling general enquiries with confidence.

· Offering excellent customer service through phone and email communication.

· Maintaining accurate client records and compliance documentation.

What we’re looking for:

· Must have minimum 1–3 years of experience in insurance broking domestic/general lines).

· Must have minimum Tier 2 qualification

· Must have strong experience in processing on Winbeat, Sunrise, SCTP and various insurer portals.
