About the role

We are looking for an experienced Cook to join our team at Cafe 63 Sinnamon Park in Sinnamon Park QLD 4073. This full-time position is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our vibrant cafe and restaurant. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals to delight our customers.

What you'll be doing

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes from our diverse menu

Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality, freshness and presentation

Maintain a clean, safe and organised kitchen environment

Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams

Adhere to all food safety and health regulations

Assist in menu planning and development as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Cook or Chef in a restaurant, cafe or similar food service environment

Requirement of Certificate III in Commercial Cookery

Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation

Excellent time management and multitasking skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality

Passion for creating delicious, fresh and visually appealing meals

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Food safety and hygiene certification
