- Grade: 9/10
- Salary: $125,693 - $138,510 pa plus employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
Your role

What you'll do
As part of the Business Intelligence team, you'll contribute to high-impact initiatives by analysing data, developing dashboards, and delivering actionable insights. You'll manage complex data sets, build visualisations and reports, and provide intelligence that supports strategic and operational decision-making.
You'll also collaborate with Associate Directors and stakeholders to integrate market research, drive innovation, and embed new ways of working.
You'll work as part of a collaborative, purpose-driven team focused on improvement and innovation. Our workplace fosters open communication, learning, and flexibility in a supportive hybrid environment.
What we're looking for
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.
Proficiency in developing dashboards, reports, and data visualisations using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience supporting business transformation by using data to inform decisions, improve performance, and implement new ways of working.
