What You’ll Do

Oversee day-to-day site operations for refurbishment projects across aged care facilities

Coordinate trades, suppliers, and contractors to meet deadlines and quality benchmarks

Ensure strict compliance with WHS and aged care regulations

Collaborate with the Refurbishment Manager, facility teams, and external stakeholders

Monitor project progress, report updates, and resolve issues on-site

Proven experience supervising construction

Strong leadership and organisational skills

Excellent communication

Valid construction qualifications preferring a carpentry qualification
