Our client has a new and motivated leader who needs a Oracle Systems Analyst/Administrator in their new Oracle ecosystem Project work.

Our client is seeking a skilled Oracle Technical Systems Analyst to join our team for a 6-month hourly rate temporary role, focusing on Oracle Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will be working on an Oracle CRM Application Support Specialist to work on the development and systems functional analysis support of our client's new Engagement & Relationship Management ecosystem.

• 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week.

• Minimum 2 days per week on site, as agreed with Hiring Manager.
• Temporary (ASAP in June 2025 to Dec 2025 with very likely extension).
• Hourly rate temporary contract appointment. The rate of pay will be defined with the candidate based on skills, experience, or expertise on Oracle Service Cloud and systems analysis skills in engaging different stakeholders.
• Must be Adelaide South Australia based as work from office will be required from Adelaide's CBD.
• All applicable award entitlements including penalty rates, overtime and allowances and superannuation for this role.

We are seeking a Functional Analyst & Application Administrator who can be immediately productive and is highly proficient in configuring and administering the Oracle CX Cloud suite of applications, with a particular focus on Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow platform). Additional experience configuring Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua platform) would be an advantage. Demonstrated understanding of the business user perspective and the ability to develop technical designs in response to both documented and evolving user requirements is essential for success in this role. The role will involve hands-on configuration and administration of the system and data work, as well as regular communication with both the business and team members across IT.

Key Skills

• Extensive experience in the analysis, design, configuration, administration and support of complex CRM solutions, with an emphasis on Oracle Service Cloud/RightNow implementations
• Substantial experience working with highly integrated and complex ecosystems comparable with that of the university
• Significant experience working with large volumes of data, with a focus on data quality, data analysis and reporting
• Demonstrated experience working with business users to refine requirements and design integration solutions to meet their needs.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly become a productive member of a cross- functional team.
• Demonstrated skills in personal time management and the ability to maintain high productivity with minimum supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, teach and mentor less experienced information technology staff.

Desirable skills

• Experience configuring Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua platform)
• Experience working with other systems in the Oracle CX suite, such as Oracle Sales Cloud and Oracle CPQ.
• Previous Education industry experience.
