This is a brand new opportunity for an experienced Care Manager to oversee a large, fully accredited aged care facility in the Parramatta area. You will work closely with the experienced Facility Manager and have full oversight of the large clinical team, consisting of Clinical Coordinators, Education team, RNs, and care staff.

The Requirements:

• AHPRA Registered Nurse with previous experience working as a Care Manager in residential aged care
• Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards & proven experience leading a clinical team through successful accreditation process
• Experience with performance management, motivating and driving a large clinical team to ensure high quality clinical care
• Excellent written and verbal skills communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Full Australian working rights
