WEDDING & EVENTS COORDINATOR FOR BEAUTIFUL BEACH VENUE IN EASTERN SUBURBS
We are seeking an outgoing wedding and events coordinator with extensive experience within the industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, people-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. You’ll be part of a supportive and close-knit team that treats every event like a personal celebration.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Responding to phone and email enquiries with warmth and professionalism
Conducting venue tours and client meetings
Preparing and handing over detailed event briefs to the Function Manager and Head Chef
Coordinating event logistics, placing orders, and managing deliveries
Preparing quotes, event packages, floorplans, invoices, event sheets, and receipts
Managing weddings and a variety of events from initial enquiry to flawless execution
Staying calm under pressure and resolving issues quickly and effectively
Role Details:
Based onsite at our Maroubra office and venue
Flexible work across a 7-day roster (minimum 4 days per week)
Full training provided
Pre-requisites:
Please note to be eligible to apply for this position you must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident, or hold a valid Australian working Visa.
NSW Drivers License
NSW RSA Certificate
Highly Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Background knowledge in Xero Accounting Program, Canva, EventDraw
A minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the industry
