Become the Studio Coordinator of this boutique architecture practice based in the heart of Sydney. You would be joining this small cohesive team and be providing them with your administration expertises.

This role will see you support across all business operations: Client Liaison, Office coordination, social media and marketing and occasional EA duties. With looking after so many elements of the practice, you will need to a self-motivated, highly organised individual.

Roles and Responsibilities

Supporting clients with queries, directing their calls and emails to relevant directors.

Ensuring that all meeting rooms are fully equipped, office is replenished and presentable at all times.

Updating social media platforms with new projects and showcasing practices achievements.

Helping with the arrangements of internal and external events (ordering catering, sending invites, contacting presenters)

Skills and Experience

2+ years as studio/office coordinator in the design/creative industry.

Ability to work independently, be proactive and use own initiative.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A passion and keen interest of the design industry.
