We're looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join our People Experience team at Feros Care. This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in our Coolangatta office, with hybrid flexibility (2-3 days WFH). If you're experienced in high-volume, fast-paced internal recruitment and passionate about partnering with leaders to solve workforce challenges - we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process across diverse portfolios, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate journey.
- Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek Premium Talent Search to actively source the best talent.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and act as a trusted recruitment advisor.
- Design and implement creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles in aged care, disability, and community sectors.
- Deliver to key metrics (time to hire, quality of hire, candidate experience), balancing speed with quality
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an internal or agency recruitment advisor role (not coordinator level).
- Experience managing high-volume and niche roles across multiple regions or business areas.
- Strong ability to influence hiring decisions, challenge constructively, and guide stakeholders.
- A sharp eye for detail and comfort managing compliance-heavy environments.
- Bonus: experience recruiting in aged care, disability or health.
