We’re scaling fast – and we’re on the hunt for a Growth-Focused Sales Leader to help drive our mission forward. This is a blue ocean role with massive growth potential: you’ll work closely with the Founder (a true expert in the sensory wellbeing space) to manage and optimise a high-functioning sales funnel, lead inbound opportunities, and, in time, build and lead your own high-performing team.

You’ll be selling a product that changes lives – supporting inclusion, boosting emotional regulation and creating access for people of all ages and abilities. From schools and stadiums to hospitals and public spaces, our clients include big-name brands like Sealife Aquarium, Accor Stadium, and The Scots College to name a few.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Sales: Convert a strong volume of inbound leads into committed clients who are excited to build impact-driven spaces.

Outbound Growth: Prospect new leads where aligned, and nurture existing client relationships with confidence and care.

Consultative Selling: Lead meaningful conversations with clients to understand their unique needs and present powerful, tailored solutions.

Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the GM to shape our sales systems and processes as we scale.

Pipeline & Reporting: Use our CRM to manage pipeline, activity, and performance insights.

Team Leadership Potential: As the business scales, take the lead on building and mentoring a sales team beneath you.

Travel Opportunities: Present pitches, conduct site visits, and work hands-on with clients across Australia.

💼 You Bring:

Proven experience in consultative B2B sales, with a strong track record of performance ideally in Product based business.

Big energy, great EQ and a passion for people and purpose.

Curiosity, drive, and a builder’s mindset – you love creating systems that work.

A background or interest in wellbeing, education, healthcare, accessibility or inclusion is a bonus.

Ability to travel for meetings, pitches, and client site visits as needed.

Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales tools.
