The Role:
This newly created Bid Coordinator role has been introduced to support the business as it continues to scale. You’ll be the key link between the design and estimating teams, managing the end-to-end coordination of construction bids across a range of project types. You’ll help ensure submissions are clear, complete, and competitive – and if you’ve got capacity, there’s also scope to jump in and support the estimating team with your technical skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating bid submissions across commercial, industrial, and multi-residential sectors
- Liaising with internal estimating and design teams to compile required documents
- Preparing and formatting proposals, ensuring deadlines are met
- Maintaining bid libraries and templates
- Supporting the estimating team with take-offs or cost planning during quieter bid periods
You’ll be based in the company’s Auchenflower office.

About You:
You’re a Bid Coordinator with experience in the commercial construction industry. You’re organised, confident liaising across departments, and you understand how to pull a compelling bid together. A background in or exposure to estimating or quantity surveying will be highly regarded.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have experience as a Bid Coordinator with a commercial builder
- Bring basic understanding in Estimating or Quantity Surveying
- Are proactive, organised, and happy working across departments
