About the role

In this Bid Coordinator role, you will be working on Fit-Out Projects that range between $2m - $10m and be responsible for the following;

• Coordination/program management of the tender submission from start to finish.
• Adequately putting in the correct information in for tenders.
• Social procurement
• Liaising with the clients if there are RFI’s from estimating/construction delivery team.
• Following up on internal team in the company to get all the required information.
• Programming the tender and communicating it with internal stakeholders
• Ensuring the tender is presented in a professional manner
• Support the Bid Manager/Submissions Manager and Directors as required.

About you

• Must have 2+ years of commercial Bid Coordinator experience
• Commercial Main Contractor experience
• Have a high attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Knowledge or experience in using Microsoft Suite and InDesign
• Strong Communicator
• Highly organised diligent and reliable
