Role Overview

As a Bid Coordinator with Hansen Yuncken, you’ll oversee the preparation and submission of competitive tenders for construction projects.

If you have a strong background in construction and know the ins and outs of the bidding process, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the bid process from start to finish, ensuring timely submissions.

Work closely with project managers and estimators to gather bid information.

Prepare bid documents, including presentations and compliance checks.

Review and align tender requirements with company capabilities.

Track bid outcomes and maintain detailed records.

Improve and streamline the bid process over time.

Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

About You

Proven experience in bid coordination in the construction industry.

Strong understanding of the tendering process and documentation.

Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills.

Able to work well in a team and communicate effectively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and tender software.
