With a healthy pipeline of commercial works in 2025 and beyond, they are seeking a Contract Administrator to run multiple projects generally up to the value of $20M.

The Role

As a Contract Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the management and administration of contracts, particularly to the value of $20M, throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with a project manager and external stakeholders, you will ensure that contracts are efficiently negotiated, executed, and managed. Project types include mixed use / industrial retail and education.

To Be Considered

To be considered for this unique opportunity, we are looking for;

• Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in Commercial construction for a minimum of 4 years

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Experience in Commercial New Build projects
• Proven ability to utilise cost management softwares such as Cheops, Jobpac, Procore or similar
