Full Time – Sales Order Clerk

We are a leading supplier of the world’s seafood to the Australian Food Industry. We constantly seek new and better ways to deliver a diverse range of quality produce, from food service to retail brands, and private label supply.

Our growing and innovative company is currently seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our friendly Admin team at our Head Office situated at North Rocks.

You will be given on the job training and the opportunity to apply your learned knowledge to create future opportunities within the company. After a successful probationary period, we also offer flexible working conditions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities will include:

· Process sales orders & invoices

· Stock Control

· Liaise with transport companies

· Assist with customer queries & disputes

· Assist with accounts tasks

· Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs

Qualifications/Requirements:

· High level of attention to detail

· Strong organisational and time management skills

· Excellent customer service and communication skills

· Ability to multi task & work to deadlines
