Territory Sales – Laboratory Instrumentation & Life Science

Location: Brisbane - Hybrid

Salary Package: $80K–$110K + Super + car allowance: $18K + $0.26/km reimbursement + $15K On-Target Commission + Uncapped Bonus = OTE: Approx. $150K–$160K

About the Role

As a Territory Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

Promoting a broad range of high-quality lab instruments and consumables

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients in the life sciences and biotech sectors

Delivering tailored, consultative solutions to meet client needs

Managing the full sales cycle: prospecting, presenting, and closing deals

This is a key revenue-generating role that blends technical knowledge with consultative selling.

Ideal Background

Experience in scientific sales, OR lab experience with instruments

Background in Life Science, Biotech, or Laboratory Instrumentation

Understanding of B2B sales in technical or healthcare sectors

Experience using CRM systems and structured sales processes

Tertiary qualification in Science or related field preferred
