• Lead and manage the Accounts Receivable Team
• Oversee the daily operations of the accounts receivable process
• Prepare regular financial reports and analysis
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Implement process improvements for increased efficiency
• Manage stakeholder relationships both internally and externally
• Drive the professional development of team members
• Participate in budget preparation and forecasting activities

Profile

A successful Accounts Receivable Team Leader should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Experience leading a team in an Accounts Receivable role
• Proficiency in Tech One or other accounting software and MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of accounting practices
• High-level problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
