About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity in our expanding finance team for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will play an important role in managing the Accounts Receivable function,

Processing incoming payments including EFT, BPAY, Direct Debit and Credit Card

Create, monitor and reconcile customer accounts

Follow up on overdue accounts while maintaining strong relations with the customers

Generating weekly customer statements

Liase weekly with key stakeholders internal and externally on accounts

Respond to customer queries in a timely manner

Collaborating with sales teams to resolve customers queries

Accounts receivable month-end process

Support and assist the finance team with occasional additional duties

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in an Accounts Receivable role (3+ years preferred)

Strong knowledge accounts receivable processes and basic accounting principles

Proficiency in accounting software; experience with FRESH ERP is desirable

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
