About the Role:

Arccos is looking for an experienced and capable Civil Designer/Drafter to join our growing Darwin team.
The primary responsibilities will include developing high-quality civil design drawings from concept design through to construction issue, using AutoCAD and12D Model.
While direct 12D Model experience is desirable, it is not essential if you are willing to learn and develop 3D modelling skills as part of your career growth.

You will work closely with senior engineers and designers to deliver high-quality work, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and exceeding client expectations.

About You:

We are seeking applicants with:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in civil design drafting.

Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD for civil engineering applications (concept to IFC stage).

Exposure to or familiarity with 12D Model software (or strong willingness to develop 12D skills).

A proactive, motivated, and organised work ethic.

Strong communication skills and a personable, collaborative approach.

The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic consulting environment.

Knowledge of local council, Northern Territory, and national design standards (preferred).
