Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Competent computer skills (MS Outlook, Excel & Word).
Ability to adapt and learn quickly to a busy environment.
Must be reliable.
Liaising with production team.
Answer phones.
General administration / office duties, including filling, copying, scanning, data entry and so on.
Help maintain group calendars, researching, formatting documents.
Our ideal candidate will have proven experience within a similar role in the building industry preferably electrical.
Previous experience in administration.
Fast and accurate data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
