You will be vital in maintaining the success of this extremely popular venue, and your past skills and experience in the industry will be utilised daily.

Enjoy a rotating 3 week roster. Working days, nights & weekends equally. With every third weekend off - a rarity in the industry.

You will also receive 5 weeks annual leave per year.

You must have experience in hospitality management, with previous experience in food & beverage and leading large teams.

You will be responsible for all aspects of the venue and need to take initiative to solve problems and handle issues that may arise on your shift, most importantly directing staff.

This includes Bistro, Bar, Gaming, TAB and Functions.

The right person will have:

A passion for the hospitality industry

Strong food and beverage skills

Must have previous experience in a similar role

Show initiative and lead by example

A willingness to go the extra mile and take on board responsibility

Background in gaming operations is preferred but not essential

You will be required to obtain your Gaming Licence and will be thoroughly trained in this area as part of your employment with us.

Package of $80,000- $85,000 per year + super with 5 weeks annual leave per year.
