About the role
As the Reception Manager at Key Health, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running and exceptional customer experience of our busy medical practice. What you'll be doing
- Oversee the daily operations of the reception team, including scheduling, task delegation, and performance management
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
- Manage the patient booking system, ensuring efficient appointment scheduling and optimising patient flow
- Maintain accurate medical records and patient information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations
- Liaise with healthcare providers, insurers, and other stakeholders to coordinate patient care and administrative processes
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance the practice's operations
- Lead and mentor the reception team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar reception or administrative role within the healthcare industry
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders
- Proficient in the use of medical practice management software and other relevant computer applications
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team
