About the role:
Comprehensive Training: Enjoy 7 weeks of immersive classroom and hands-on training to equip you for success.
Flexible Start Date: Begin your journey on May 19th with multiple intakes to follow.
Competitive Compensation: Earn $27.77 per hour + Super with performance incentives up to $480 a month.
Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a rotating roster from Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm – no weekends!
Convenient Location: Work centrally in Robina, right next to Robina Town Centre, with free parking available.
Flexible Roles: Choose between permanent full-time or part-time roles (minimum 30 hours/week after training).

Role Responsibilities:
As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you’ll handle account enquiries with professionalism and provide a refreshing and positive experience.
About you:
Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
No prior call centre experience required, but customer service skills are essential!
Must be an Australian Citizen, at least 18 years old.
Goal-oriented and eager to achieve targets.
Proficient in using computers and systems.
Eager to learn and enhance existing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
