About the Role
We’re seeking a creative and reliable Multimedia Content Creator to join our high-performance team. You’ll craft compelling brand-story videos, project showcases, and dynamic photo/drone content that brings our remedial projects to life. If you’re passionate about storytelling, comfortable on live construction sites, and skilled in end-to-end media production—this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Collaborate with Marketing & Operations to develop video/photo concepts (brand overviews & flagship project series)

Translate our brand story into clear shot lists, storyboards, and scripts

Shoot and edit 1-minute brand overview films and episodic project updates

Capture high-quality drone footage and still photography of live construction sites

Operate professional camera, lighting, audio, and post-production tools (editing, color grading, motion graphics, sound design)

Manage asset organization: metadata tagging, version control, and secure backups

Ensure all shoots comply with site induction requirements, OH&S protocols, and toolbox-talk safety plans

Work closely with Project Managers on site to highlight key milestones and technical processes

What We’re Looking For

0–3 years’ experience in video production, photography, or related media roles (students and recent graduates welcome)

Strong storytelling skills: able to craft engaging narratives through visuals

Proficiency with professional cameras, drones, lighting, and audio equipment

Familiarity with post-production workflows (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Lightroom, etc.)

Comfortable reading and interpreting product data sheets to inform shoot needs

Holds—or working toward—a White Card; Working at Heights & EWP tickets a plus (we can help arrange)

Valid Australian driver’s licence and own reliable transport

Excellent time management, reliability, and ability to problem-solve on the fly

Physically fit and legally entitled to work in Australia
