Tier One Certification is on the lookout for a creative and confident content creator who can capture our everyday moments and turn them into engaging short-form content for TikTok and Instagram. We need someone who can live and breathe our brand while bringing energy, creativity, and flair to our content.

What You'll Do:

Record our day-to-day: Site visits, office culture, behind-the-scenes, and client highlights.

Create TikTok & Reels: You’ll ideate, film, and edit short-form videos that are on-trend, engaging, and high-quality.

Edit like a pro: Turn raw footage into compelling, shareable content.

Stay ahead of trends: Bring new content ideas weekly. You know the audio before it's viral.

Showcase our vibe: We’re not corporate. We’re real, relatable, and professional with personality.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

Is charismatic, confident, and self-driven – a true content star.

Has experience filming & editing social media content, especially for TikTok and Instagram Reels.

Understands how to grow reach organically and what drives engagement.

Is comfortable filming others and possibly jumping in front of the camera when needed.

Works flexibly and independently – this is a casual role, ideal for a uni student or freelancer.
