A national aviation provider is seeking a Business Analyst to support a Network Modernisation Program. You'll partner with project leadership and technical teams to drive requirements gathering, process design, and stakeholder engagement for critical network transition and upgrade projects.

The Role:
You'll ensure smooth migration and implementation of modern network solutions by translating business needs into clear requirements, mapping current and future state processes, and maintaining alignment with governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements and workflows
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops with technical and operational teams
• Develop process maps and ensure traceability of requirements
• Monitor project progress, manage risks/issues, and report on performance
• Prepare artefacts for scope definition, resource planning, and stage-gate reviews
• Mentor junior analysts in best-practice analysis techniques

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst on IT transition/migration programs
• Proven skills in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and stakeholder facilitation
• Strong communication, documentation, and attention to detail
• Experience working with hybrid teams and external vendors
• MUST be an Australian Citizen and have the ability to obtain necessary security clearance
