About the Role

As a Membership Sales Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective and current members—building relationships, responding to enquiries, and guiding women toward the right membership options. You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, supportive experience that reflects the Sista Fitness values.

Your responsibilities will include:

Engaging with prospective members through genuine, needs-based conversations to guide them toward the best membership options for their goals.

Responding to inbound enquiries with clarity, warmth, and professionalism.

Providing exceptional service that supports members throughout their journey.

Contributing to a positive, member-first environment across all touchpoints.

Availability

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday. Flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings may be required.

Previous experience in a sales role.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with ease.

A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a willingness to go the extra mile.

A genuine passion for supporting women on their health and wellbeing journey.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
