About the Role
Resource Recovery Group is seeking two proactive and self-driven Customer Service Officers to support our Weighbridge operations for a 6 month period, with possible extension, as we navigate a business transition. To be successful in the role, you must have excellent customer service skills and be proficient with Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Position Details

Contract length: 6 months with potential extension

Position type: Permanent part-time

Workdays: Monday – Sunday

Hours: an average of 56 per fortnight

Work schedule: 4 days on, 4 days off

Hours: 07:45am – 4:15pm

Ordinary rate: $32.19 p/h

Saturday rate: $48.28 p/h

Sunday rate: $56.33 p/h

Public holiday rate: $80.46 p/h

Skills and Qualifications Required
Essential

Strong verbal and written communication

Intermediate data entry experience

Police Clearance

Ability to pass a full medical, and drug and alcohol test

Proficient with Microsoft Office

Desirable

Previous experience in weighbridge operations

Experience with Mandalay software or similar weighbridge software.

Knowledge of waste and recycle facility operations.
