Mobilize are seeking an experienced Admin Officer to start with our client who is an industry leader in the engineering design, manufacture and delivery of customized power solutions to the mining, O&G and industrial sectors. About the role:
As the Admin Officer, you will be responsible for handling office operations, managing records, supporting team members, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
General Administration
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications.
- QA / Document control
Support & Coordination
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements.
- Support Management and departments with administrative tasks.
- Monitor and track office expenses.
Customer & Stakeholder Interaction
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Assist with client inquiries and maintain excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong administrative and organizational abilities
- QA / Document Control experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
