We are looking for a people person that loves to meet the needs of customers and enhance their car service experience. You are the one that will liaise between the customer and motor vehicle technicians to ensure their vehicle is in tip top condition, which includes:

Greeting customers when they arrive at service reception

Managing the customer experience from booking, greeting, sales opportunities, and explanation of work performed

Organising the workload for technicians and manage expectations all round

Top-level customer service skills

Good communication

Great time management skills are essential (sometimes juggling a few things at once)

Able to work within a team and autonomously

A 'can do' attitude
