A little bit about you

As a junior account manager, you'll be tasked with helping to manage clients, campaigns, and coordinate our internal team to make sure we're hitting our deliverables each month. In an ideal world, you're someone who loves talking to people, possesses strong organisational skills, and gets a real kick out of keeping your spam folder empty.

Experience in a similar client-facing role is valued, bonus points if you've worked in a digital marketing agency prior.

The role

• Client-facing role, communicating via email, phone, Zoom, and the occasional in-person meeting.
• You'll be tasked with coordinating monthly tasks with our team
• Creating and sending out proposals to new potential clients.
• Onboarding new clients.
• We'll up skill you to ensure you're across the latest tech, tools, and trends in SEO.
• Mentorship by yours truly - I'll teach you everything I know, and then you can teach me everything I don't.
• Implementing SEO strategy across websites.
