Our rapid and continued expansion has us seeking a professional and dedicated Irrigation Counter Sales and Support Officer to join our dynamic team.

What You'll Do:

Counter sales of irrigation

Processing orders from our Field Sales Team

Maintaining and merchandising the irrigation shop area

Identifying and ordering stock requirements

Receiving and unpacking stock

Picking and packing orders

Assist with stocktaking and administration

Assist with other counter sales in the shop

Provide exceptional customer service, both in-person and over the phone.

Your Skills:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in irrigation shop sales or similar.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Reliable, punctual, and proactive.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Computer literate and proficient in MS Office applications.
