About the role

Fixed term temporary part time opportunity to work with clinicians, managers and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate the local delivery of a range of project activities across the diagnostic, solution design and implementation phases of the General Medicine Redesign – SAFEST Journey Home Project.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

• Demonstrate highly developed organisational and project management skills including the ability to establish and manage priorities, coordinate project activities in alignment with project timeframes and respond effectively to emergent issues to assure the timely delivery of the project.
• Facilitate the local delivery of the General Medicine Redesign - SAFEST Journey Home Project activities, including stakeholder engagement and self-assessment survey, diagnostic investigation and data analysis and solution co-design workshop coordination.
• Provide project management and leadership to ensure successful delivery of key milestones for SAFEST Journey Home Project implementation activities.
• Bring together best evidence from the various disciplines working within General Medicine to enable the delivery of evidence-based management for patients receiving care facilitated by SAFEST Journey Home Project.
