What you'll do

  • Develop comprehensive project documentation and apply appropriate project management techniques, methodologies, and tools, to ensure quality outcomes are delivered across the project lifecycle.
  • Engage and maintain strong mutually beneficial professional partnerships with internal and external stakeholders in the development and delivery of project deliverables.
  • Proactively monitor, control and drive performance (including realisation of benefits) against project plans, deliverables, and schedules.
  • Proactively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders through a variety of channels (reports, meetings, presentations etc.), leading the development of all project reporting documentation, from project status updates to executive and board-level reports.

About you

We are searching for someone with:

  • Demonstrated background in successfully coordinating complex and large-scale projects, applying project methodologies and providing advice on the use of appropriate project management techniques and tools.
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal competence, including resilience and the ability to positively influence and motivate others in a significant environment of reform and change.
  • Proven issue identification, analytical and research skills, problem solving skills and a demonstrated ability to develop innovative, sensitive and practical solutions to complex issues.
  • Ability to work productively both independently and within a team to achieve project and program outcomes.
