About the role:

• Work on a variety of litigation matters – with a focus on insolvency, mortgage enforcement and debt recovery.

The ideal candidate:

• Have at least 3+ PQE and with relevant experience in mortgage law, litigation and debt recovery.
• An understanding of advocacy and litigation in the District and Supreme Courts.
