Our client is seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead their HR function across the employee lifecycle.Based in North Sydney, you will have the opportunity to provide strategic and operational HR guidance to the CEO and senior leadership team. What you'll do:

As a Senior Human Resources Manager, your role will be pivotal in leading the HR function across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. You will work closely with a dedicated coordinator and part-time Learning & Development specialist to ensure smooth operations. Your excellent interpersonal skills will be utilised as you provide strategic and operational HR guidance to the CEO and senior leadership team. A key aspect of your role will be supporting the ongoing transition towards a modern, Westernised culture whilst maintaining respect for the company's roots. You will manage key direct reports including reception, HR coordinator, and L&D/payroll staff. Your commitment to improving internal communication across functions will be evident as you drive culture-building initiatives. Your expertise in ER/IR matters, workforce planning, and organisational structure reviews will be highly valued.

• Lead the HR function across the employee lifecycle with support from a coordinator and part-time L&D specialist
• Provide strategic and operational HR guidance to the CEO and senior leadership team
• Support the ongoing transition toward a modern, Westernised culture while respecting the company's roots
• Manage and coach key direct reports including reception, HR coordinator, and L&D/payroll
• Drive culture-building initiatives and improve internal communication across functions
• Support ER/IR matters, workforce planning, and ongoing org structure reviews
• Champion leadership development and performance frameworks (e.g., KPIs, annual reviews)
• Lead and embed recent project outcomes including HRIS, LMS, and performance systems
