Working within a fast-growing OTC pharmaceutical organisation, you’ll play a critical role in delivering inventory and procurement support across a diverse and expanding product portfolio. This business is in a dynamic growth phase, offering autonomy, learning, and visibility across the broader supply chain.

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 + super

Key Requirements

• Previous experience using SAP in a supply chain, purchasing, or logistics environment
• Strong Excel skills and data accuracy
• Background in inventory or procurement administration preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management
• Confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Proactive problem-solver with a “can-do” mindset

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders, product codes and delivery schedules in SAP
• Generate and track purchase and sales orders to ensure on-time delivery
• Monitor open order reports and supplier performance, driving actions to maintain stock availability
• Deliver weekly and monthly inventory reporting for internal stakeholders
• Liaise across teams and with external suppliers to resolve issues and improve workflow
• Assist in the development of procedures (SOPs) and maintain documentation standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within procurement, planning, and inventory
