In this role, you’ll be at the heart of data-driven transformation—designing and delivering dashboards, shaping reusable datasets, and uncovering insights that guide senior leadership. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Creating scalable BI dashboards and automated reports using Power BI and Databricks.
• Supporting rollout of a modern data platform across multiple brands.
• Translating complex business questions into actionable insights and visualisations.
• Working with business teams to deliver proof-of-concept models and performance reporting.
• Uplifting existing data assets, driving data consistency and reusability.
• Partnering with Data Engineering to enhance data quality and usability.
• Championing best practices in BI design, data governance, and stakeholder engagement.

What You’ll Bring:

• ’Experience in Insights, BI and data analytics roles within complex organisations sitting within Finance.
• Strong SQL and Excel skills, with hands-on DAX and Power Query expertise.
• Proven ability to build insightful, scalable dashboards in Power BI.
• Experience with data modelling and visual storytelling.
• A knack for stakeholder engagement—confident working with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Exposure to cloud data tools (Databricks, Azure, AWS) is a plus.
• Experience in retail, finance, or sales environments is desirable.
