Commercial Finance Manager

$180-200k plus super, plus bonus

We have been engaged by a genuine 'employer of choice', and a leading name in their consumer services sector. They employ over 5000 staff and operate nationally, supporting over 50 outlet sites and turning over in excess of $800m.

Due to an internal promotion, this high achieving General Manager of Finance is looking to appoint is longer term successor. Someone that will benefit from his mentoring, training and support as you develop your career towards the GM level.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting 7 regional managers, and over 50 site managers, providing them with insightful and data driven financial information to help them increase efficiencies, performance and profitability.

You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, management reporting and commercial advice.

• Develop and maintain KPIs to meet contract and customer reporting requirements
• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operational and financial performance
• Drive commercial and financial performance
• Manage and improve analytical and financial modelling tools and systems

You will have, experience working in a business partnering, commercially focused role where you support multiple stakeholders. You will posess advanced systems, communication and presentation skills and have a genuine ambition to progress and develop.

• Qualified CPA, CIMA or CA
• Ability to analyse data and provide guidance, including areas of opportunity and improvement
• Proven ability to engage, articulate and deliver financial and commercial information to a group of non-financial and non-commercial stakeholders
• Advanced skills in Excel, SQL and Power BI
