Are you a talented finance professional with a passion for commercial analytics and client portfolio management? We are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join our client's team in Melbourne, where you'll play a pivotal role in financial oversight and performance monitoring across their property and facilities portfolio.

Your new role

Reporting to both the Finance Manager and respective Account Director(s), you will be responsible for delivering clear financial insights, managing operating plans, and ensuring profitability across client contracts. You will collaborate with key stakeholders both internally and externally to drive financial efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis, reconciliations, and performance tracking.
• Manage financial operations across the portfolio, including payments, invoicing, claims, and reporting.
• Provide insights and analysis to enhance procurement strategies and improve contract performance.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and ensure resolution of outstanding queries.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
• Develop financial presentations and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to meet financial and operational KPIs.

What you'll need to succeed

• CA/CPA qualification
• Previous experience within the property industry
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
• Advanced knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
