About the Role:

• Process end to end payroll
• Ensure accurate setting up of new starters
• Process terminations and pay adjustments
• Resolve payroll-related queries and form strong relationships with staff
• Assist with leave audits and leave paid in advance processes
• Aid in the improvement and development of processes
• Contribute to the creation of payroll processes and procedures

Skills and Experience

• Previous high volume payroll experience in a similar end to end role is essential.
• Exposure to high-volume payroll system, preferably using Chris21
• Experience processing payroll in an aged care setting is desired.
• An in depth understanding of payroll legislation and processes.
• Exceptional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to deal with high pressure and work to tight deadlines whilst working independently.
