CaSPA Care is community based not-for-profit residential aged care organisation providing quality care to the elderly. We currently operate two aged care homes in South Melbourne and Albert Park.
CaSPA care has moved away from the highly institutional medical based model of care to an exciting model that has our residents in a more home like environment.

You will be part of a supportive Finance and Administrations teams.
Key Responsibilities include:
Administer payroll, superannuation, and employee benefits
Process and reconcile accounts payable and credit cards
Maintain accurate financial records and vendor files
Assist with reporting, audits, and compliance
Support system and process enhancements
Liaise and build relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Ad hoc duties as required.
What you will need:
Experience in payroll and accounts payable functions (preferably in Aged Care)
Strong understanding of EBAs and Awards
Tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance (CPA/Cert IV desirable)
Proficient in accounting/payroll systems (e.g., Epicor, Access – previously Sage Micropay)
Strong Excel and reconciliation skills
High attention to detail, communication skill and a proactive problem-solving approach.
Well-developed organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
