About the Role
This is more than just sales, it’s strategic, it’s creative, and it’s foundational to their next phase of growth.
As a Business Development Manager, your mission is clear: identify the right businesses, understand their delivery pain points inside out, and show them why our solution changes the game. You’ll own the process from first outreach to close, but more importantly, you'll help shape the journey they take with us long after the handshake.
Expect to spend your days speaking with COOs, Logistics Managers, Founders, and Operations teams across a wide range of industries from retail to tech to wholesale, finding ways to tailor our capabilities to their needs. You're not walking into a long list of warm leads; you're helping build the map. That means prospecting, networking, learning your territory, and making things happen.
You’ll be backed by a seriously responsive operations team, advanced dispatch and tracking systems, and leadership that value your input. You’ll have autonomy, support, and the space to truly create impact not just hit KPIs.

About You
You’re not the kind of person who waits to be told what to do, you initiate. You’re business-savvy, commercially sharp, and you understand how to build relationships that lead to long-term wins.
You probably come from a fast-paced B2B sales background and you know how to sell a solution, not just a product. You understand that every business has different pressure points, and you're the kind of person who listens first, asks the right questions, and delivers answers that make people lean in.
You’re resilient. You’ve had your fair share of no’s, but that just sharpens your edge. You’re disciplined with your time, professional in your approach, and compelling in a room. You’re also someone who understands that growth comes from both numbers and reputation and you care deeply about both.

Salary & Benefits
$110,000 to $130,000 Base + Super + Car + Comms
Generous Commission Structure – The more output the more you earn
Company Car or Car Allowance – No need to worry about travel logistics.
Tools of the Trade – All the necessary resources to support your work and success.
