About the role

Link-Force Au' is seeking experienced Concrete Finishers for a contract role based in Adelaide, SA 5000. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for applying the final layer of concrete to construction projects, ensuring a smooth, even, and aesthetically pleasing finish. This is a critical role that contributes to the overall quality and success of construction undertakings.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and levelling concrete surfaces prior to the final finishing process
• Operating specialized equipment such as trowels, edgers, and grinders to achieve a smooth and uniform concrete finish
• Applying additional materials, such as hardeners or sealers, to enhance the concrete's durability and appearance
• Collaborating with the construction team to address any issues or concerns related to the concrete finishing process
• Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and industry best practices

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role in the building trades industry
• Proficiency in operating concrete finishing equipment and tools
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to achieve high-quality finishes
• Problem-solving skills to identify and address any issues that may arise during the concrete finishing process
• Commitment to adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations
