We are expanding our team and are currently hiring for the following factory-based roles:

Precast Concrete Finisher ( ABN holders and subcontractors are welcome to apply)

Gantry Crane Operator

Job Description:

Concrete Finisher:

Screeding, vibrating, and finishing concrete (manual & trowel machine)

Surface repair, patching, and detailing of precast elements.

Applying textures, sealers, or coatings.

Reading and interpreting engineering or reinforcement drawings.

Ensuring concrete finish meets design and project standards.

Gantry Crane Operator:

Operating overhead gantry cranes to move panels and materials

Performing safety checks and basic crane maintenance

Assisting in general yard or production tasks as required

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years of experience in precast concrete or similar

Ability to read shop or engineering drawings

Skilled with hand and power tools

Reliable, physically fit, and safety-conscious

White Card (mandatory)

Gantry Crane Licence (mandatory for crane operator role)

Forklift or EWP licence (desirable)

Driver's Licence (required)

ABN (optional – for Concrete Finisher subcontractors)
