Your new role

This role involves hands-on work in the production and installation of precast concrete elements, contributing directly to the delivery of large-scale structural, architectural, and civil projects. Working as part of a collaborative and safety-focused team, the successful candidate will assist in tasks such as mould preparation, steel fixing, concrete pouring, and finishing. The position plays a key role in upholding the organisation's standards of quality and efficiency, supporting its commitment to innovation and excellence in construction delivery. Labourers are expected to follow detailed plans, work efficiently with minimal supervision, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts on-site and in the yard. The role requires a strong work ethic, reliability, and the physical capability to carry out manual labour tasks in varying environments. Experience in precast or construction settings is desirable, and a white card is essential. Forklift or other relevant tickets will be advantageous.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Previous experience in precast concrete or similar construction environments highly advantageous
• Ability to work consistently across 50-hour weeks (penalty rates included)
• Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive manual labour in outdoor and indoor settings
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety standards
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
• White Card (Construction Induction Card) required
• Forklift licence or other relevant plant tickets desirable
